Frugal Friday Under $50  Today we're back up to 100 degree weather here in DC, so  here's another outfit suggestion of a way to keep cool. Personally, I don't like to were very fitted clothing during hot temperatures. Loose cotton fabrics are my favorites when temps are high. So, I'm featuring this cute top, a long (but super breathable) skirt & some comfy flat sandals.
